Jason utilizes his collaborative skills to help his clients navigate the often difficult divorce process. Jason is a former executive board member of Collaborative Divorce Illinois and recently aided in the redrafting and updating of the Participation Agreement used in every Collaborative divorce across the State of Illinois. Jason also regularly teaches the practice of Collaborative Law to new and experienced practitioners.Though trained in mediation and the collaborative model, Jason is a confident opponent when litigation is necessary. His background in finance and business enables him to resolve complicated divorce issues for high net-worth professionals and their spouses. He has tried numerous complex divorce and custody matters, and strongly believes in putting the children first in every divorce situation.
